Christmas Cut-offs

Please note we cannot guarantee delivery by, on or before certain dates. The dates listed below are based on guidelines provided by our delivery partner Australia Post and it is their recommendation that orders be placed by these dates, to allow the best possible chance of receiving your parcel by December 24th.

Place your order by the following dates for the best possible chance at receiving your order in time for Christmas day.

With all of our shipments, we partner with Australia Post and entrust them to safely deliver your items. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will automatically receive an email notification with a unique link to your tracking details, so you can easily see its whereabouts online. If you are concerned about the status of your shipment (it’s showing as delayed, late or missing) please contact Australia Post directly first as they are privy to more detailed tracking information.

Christmas Shut Down Period.
We will be out of the office from December 20th–January 6th for our company-wide shut down. All orders placed during this time will be fulfilled and dispatched from January 6th 2025.

Office Shut Down Period

We will close our offices on December 20th 2024 for the Holiday period.

We will return January 6th 2025. 

Orders placed between these dates, will not be fulfilled until after January 6th.
